The HoneyFil sixty-day satisfaction promise

Sixty days from the purchase date, the same behind every package size. Here is how a claim is made and who makes it.

Sequence

Four steps to a refund claim

In this order. The first one is the step people skip.

  1. Step 01

    Note the purchase date

The window opens on the day the order is placed, not the day the parcel arrives. Your confirmation email carries that date, which is why it is worth keeping.

  2. Step 02

    Write to the seller's support

The address is in the same confirmation email. Quote the order number. The claim is made with the manufacturer, because the promise is the manufacturer's.

  3. Step 03

    Follow the return instructions

Support will tell you what to send back and where. Instructions differ by order, so the ones in your reply are the ones that apply, not a generic address found elsewhere.

  4. Step 04

    Keep the proof of posting

Whatever the carrier gives you at the counter. It is the only record that the return left your hands on the day you say it did.

The sixty-day satisfaction promise on HoneyFil

Every published package carries the same promise, and the length does not change with the size you buy. Two bottles, three or six all sit behind sixty days.

The date the clock starts

Sixty days counted from the purchase date. That is the detail people most often get wrong, because the intuitive assumption is that the count begins when the parcel lands. It does not. Shipping time comes out of the sixty days rather than being added to them, which is a reason to open the bottle rather than leave it in a drawer for a fortnight.

Two bottles is a sixty-day supply against a sixty-day window, so those two run out together. Three bottles is ninety servings and six is a hundred and eighty, which means on the larger packages the promise expires while product remains. That is worth knowing before you choose a size rather than afterwards.

What this site can and cannot do

We publish information about HoneyFil. We do not sell it, we never see your order and we have no access to any customer record. That means we cannot open a claim for you, check its progress or release a refund. Nobody here can, and a page that implied otherwise would be wasting your time at exactly the point where you have least to spare.

What we can do is make sure the sequence above is accurate and tell you where to write. If the seller's published terms change, this page is updated at the next review.

The terms that actually govern a refund

They are the seller's, published at the checkout where the purchase is made, and they are the ones that count. This page is a description of them written for readers, not a substitute for them and not a contract. Where the two ever differ, the seller's published terms are correct and we would want to hear about the discrepancy.
